How do you change the date & time? |
- Press Voicemail short prop.
- Enter password **456#.
- Press 1 ( system parameter programmimg).
- Press 6 ( system time and date).
- The current time will be stated.
- Enter new time in 12-hour format followed by #. (For example: time:10:30 a.m is 10,30,#).
- The current date will be stated. Enter day of month followed by #. For example : ( your day of month is the 1st of the month, enter 01#).
- Enter month followed by #. ( Example: Jan., enter 01 #).
- Enter year followed by #. Example: 2002, enter 2002# .
- Enter #, #, #, 8, 2 and then hang up.

How do you record a main greeting? |
- Pick up handset and press " voicemail button".
- When you hear the main greeting, Press * extension followed by #.
- Enter password and press extension followed by #.
- To enter mailbox programming, Press 5.
- To program your personal greeting, Press 1.
- Your current greeting is 1, Press 1.
- To record greeting, Press 1.
- Begin recording a tone, Press 1 when finished.
- To re-record Press 1 and 1 again when finished.
- When you are done with your new greeting, Press 1 and hang up.
